Registration Instructions.

1. Go to "BHS Athletic Form in PlusPortals (under the "Forms" tab).

2. Log in with your email address.

   • (For forgotten/ reset- email ebuys@belmontschools.net)

3. REGISTER and SUBMIT form.

4. Submit Payment:

   • Option #1- Submit payment online: MySchoolBucks

   • Option #2- Check-made out to "Belmont Public Schools"

   • Option #3- Submit Fee Waiver Request Form (Click Here)

• Student athletes must have an updated physical to participate.

• Email physicals to nurse-bhs@belmontschools.net

• Physicals expire after 13 months

• FALL: August 15

• WINTER: November 27

• SPRING: March 11
